Ingredients:
- 1 Table spoon of chia seeds
- Warm water
- Half a lemon
- 1 pinch of Himalaya salt (optional)
How to:
- Soak a Tsp if chia seeds in water for half an hour. Then drain
- Take a glass of warm water, squeeze half a lemon into it and ½ tsp of honey.
- Add the soaked table spoon of chia seeds to it
- Add a pinch of Himalayan salt
- Drink the liquid and the seeds
